1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. We accept payments via various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems.

- Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

- Review the rental period before finalizing the booking.
2. Delivery and Collection
Our team will deliver the skip to the specified location and collect it at the end of the rental period. Please ensure that the area is accessible and free from obstructions.
2.1 Delivery Requirements
- Permit: If required, obtain necessary permits for skip placement.
- Accessibility: Ensure clear access for our delivery vehicle.
- Safety: Secure the perimeter to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Usage Guidelines
You agree to use the skip in a lawful manner and for the disposal of permitted items only. Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Prohibited Items

- Electrical appliances

4. Liability
Skip Hire Southgate is not liable for any damage to property resulting from improper placement of the skip. Clients are responsible for ensuring the skip is placed in a safe and suitable location.
4.1 Damage to Property
- Ensure skip placement does not obstruct pathways or utilities.
- Report any damage upon delivery or collection.
5. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.1 Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable period will be processed within 7 business days.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Insurance
It is recommended that clients have appropriate insurance coverage for the use of skip hire services. Skip Hire Southgate is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings disposed of in the skip.
6.1 Insurance Coverage
- Check with your insurance provider for coverage details.
- Provide proof of insurance upon request.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skip Hire Southgate operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
